The Great Qin Refund Rules: What Can and Cannot Be Refunded

10/23/2026Travel Guide

The one rule that matters: a full refund can be requested before 12:00 on the day before the show; after that, no refund or change. This article covers refunds, rescheduling, missed entry and wrong booking details.

Refund rules

  • Before 12:00 the day before the show: full refund available
  • After 12:00 the day before the show: no refund, no change, no replacement of the attendee
  • Missed entry: entry closes 15 minutes after the show starts; if you miss it for personal reasons, the ticket cannot be refunded or changed
  • Issuance failure: full refund

When a free reschedule is possible

For force majeure (for example, the organiser cancels or postpones the show): a full refund without fee, or a free reschedule to another available performance. The official announcement and the final handling result prevail.

What to do if the details are wrong

  • Before 12:00 the day before the show: simply refund and rebook
  • Within 24 hours before the show: contact official customer service with your booking proof and a photo of your valid ID to request a correction; only your own information can be corrected, the attendee cannot be replaced, and no changes are possible once the show has started

Can I give the ticket to someone else?

No. The show is real-name; ticket, ID and person must match for entry, and transfer is not supported. If you cannot go, request a refund before 12:00 the day before the show. Scalping, hoarding and resale at a markup are strictly prohibited; such orders are cancelled and voided.

Can I get a refund if I forget my ID?

If you forget the original ID card, bring your ID number plus the order detail page (or the booking confirmation) to the manual service window at the ticketing centre, collect your ticket and enter. An ID number alone is not enough, and proxy collection is not supported. As long as you can complete entry within 15 minutes of the start, no refund or change is involved.

Official customer service

Refunds and changes follow the rules published in this site’s booking notice, and the final handling result prevails. To book, see Tickets; for more questions, see FAQ.
