FAQ

How do I book? What payment methods are supported?

Tap "Book Now" to add our customer-service WeChat, then pay after confirming your date, show, and zone — both WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported.

How soon after ordering is the ticket issued? Can I pick my own seat?

After payment the system auto-assigns seats by zone only — you cannot choose a specific seat; you will get an SMS once issuance succeeds.

Can I get a refund or change if I cannot make it?

Refund is available before 12:00 the day prior to the show; no refund or change after. If issuance fails, full refund.

Do children need a ticket? Are there discounts for seniors, students, or military?

Yes. One ticket per person (including children and seniors):

  • Under 5 not admitted; age 5 and above must hold a ticket
  • No discounts for children, seniors, students, military, or any special passenger policy
  • Minors without an ID can book with the ID number from their household register, and must bring the original household register and be accompanied by an adult guardian throughout
Can I still enter if I am late?

After the show starts the audience platform moves mechanically; beyond 15 minutes there is no safe entry route and entry is denied. Arrive 1 hour early; if within 15 minutes late, follow staff to be seated in batches.

Can I take photos or record during the show?

No. The visuals are stunning — we suggest giving the performance your full attention; to avoid disturbing others, no photos or video anywhere in the theater.
