FAQ

Booking

How do I book? What payment methods are supported?

Tap "Book Now" on this site to add our customer-service WeChat, then pay after confirming your date, show, and zone — both WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported; your seat number is sent by SMS after issuance.

Can I choose my seat?

Real-name booking: the system auto-assigns seats by zone only — you cannot pick a seat. After issuance the seat is locked instantly and cannot be changed; seats in one order may not be adjacent. Your seat number follows the issuance info.

How many tickets can one ID buy?

One valid ID can buy at most 1 ticket for the same visit date, and cannot be reused across all partner platforms (one person, one ID, one ticket).

Can I buy tickets for family or friends? Can I transfer tickets to them?

Yes, you can buy for others: just fill in each actual attendee's real ID info when booking. But transfer is not supported — the ticket is for the buyer only, and entry strictly checks ticket, ID, and person match; a non-matching person cannot enter. If unable to attend, you can refund without penalty before 12:00 the day prior. Scalping, hoarding, and markup resale are strictly prohibited.

Do children need a ticket? Are there discounts for seniors, students, or military?

Yes. One ticket per person (including children and seniors):

  • Under 5 not admitted; age 5 and above must hold a ticket
  • No discounts for children, seniors, students, military, or any special passenger policy
  • Minors without an ID can book with the ID number from their household register, and must bring the original household register and be accompanied by an adult guardian throughout
Do I have to collect a paper ticket? How do foreign visitors enter with their documents?

ID-card bookings need no paper ticket — just scan the original ID at the gate. Bookings made with a passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, Permanent Resident ID Card for foreigners, or Residence Permit for Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan residents must first collect a paper ticket at the ticketing center window, then enter with the ticket and original document.

Refund & Change

Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?

After booking, a full refund can be requested before 12:00 the day prior to the show; no refund or change after. If issuance fails, full refund. If the show is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, full refund without fee or free rescheduling to another available show is supported.

What if I entered the wrong name or ID number when booking?

Before 12:00 the day prior: we suggest refunding and rebooking. Within 24 hours before the show: contact customer service with your booking proof and a photo of your valid ID to request a change; only changes to your own info are allowed, the attendee cannot be replaced, and no changes are supported after the show starts.

Entry

Can I enter if late? Can I leave mid-show?

No. After 赳赳大秦 starts, the entire audience platform moves mechanically forward or back; beyond 15 minutes there is no safe entry route, so entry is denied and mid-show exit is not allowed after 15 minutes. Arrive 1 hour early; if within 15 minutes late, follow staff to be seated in batches.

Do I need to bring ID? What if I forget my ID card?

Yes, real-name entry — bring the ID matching your booking and scan to enter. If you forget the original ID card, go to the ticketing center window with your ID number + booking order page (or success notification) and other valid info to collect your ticket and enter; ID number alone is not enough, and proxy pickup is not supported.

How do I check my seat number? Will I get an SMS?

After successful booking the system sends an SMS with your seat number to your phone; look for the official message starting with "Shaanxi Daqin Performing Arts Operation Management Co., Ltd." If it does not arrive, contact customer service.

I am coming from out of town — can I store luggage?

Yes. Free self-service lockers are on Level 1; oversized luggage can be stored manually at the ticketing center on Level 2.

During the Show

Can I take photos or record during the show?

No. This is a groundbreaking cultural-tourism show with stunning visuals — we suggest giving it your full attention; also to avoid disturbing others, no video or photos, and professional cameras and aerial drones are not allowed in the theater.

The seats move during the show — does that mean no restroom breaks?

You can. Temporary mobile restrooms are set behind the audience seats; if needed, signal nearby staff for directions.

Who do we not recommend the show for?

For safety, we do not recommend the show for guests aged 75 and above, pregnant women, and those with claustrophobia, high blood pressure, heart conditions, or who have been drinking; guests with mobility needs should arrive early and contact on-site staff for assistance.

Transport

I am driving — where do I park?

The neighborhood around the theater is still under construction; there are currently two temporary lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2. Lot 1 is east of the theater, free, no EV charging; Lot 2 is across the street south of the theater, ¥3/hour capped at ¥20, with EV charging.

Are there buses/metro after the show?

After the evening show ends around 21:00, walk ~10 min to Metro Line 5 Afanggong Nan Station for your return; after the show, exit in an orderly way following staff and avoid lingering at the exit.
