Book The Great Qin

Ticketing notes

• Real-name：Real-name ticketing (in effect since March 16, 2026): ticket, ID and person must match; enter by scanning your ID card — no paper ticket needed. One valid ID may buy at most 1 ticket per visit date and cannot be reused across platforms (one person, one ID, one ticket).
• Seating：Seats are auto-assigned by zone at issuance and locked immediately — you may choose the zone but not the specific seat; seats in one order may not be adjacent.
• Refund & change：Refundable before 12:00 the day before the show; no refund or change after. If the show is canceled or postponed due to force majeure, a full refund without fee or free rescheduling to another available show is supported.
• Children：One ticket per person. Children under 5 are not admitted; those aged 5 and above must hold a ticket. Children without an ID can book with the household-register ID number and must bring the original household register and be accompanied by a guardian; guardians must help children fasten their seat belts. No special discounts for any group.
• Late arrival：Entry is denied 15 minutes after the show starts, and mid-show exit is not allowed (the audience platform moves mechanically; beyond 15 minutes there is no safe entry route). Arrive 1 hour early; if within 15 minutes late, follow staff to be seated in batches.

Available showtimes and seats are confirmed via WeChat. Book 5+ days ahead.
