The Great Qin in 2026: Seats, Tickets, Transport and More
The most-asked questions, grouped by topic. Three minutes here before booking saves a lot of trouble.
Booking
Q: How do I book? What payment is accepted? A: Add our customer-service WeChat xiantour86, confirm date / showtime / zone / number of people, then pay by WeChat or Alipay; your seat number arrives by SMS.
Q: Can I choose my own seat? A: Seats are auto-assigned by zone — you cannot pick a specific seat. The seat locks at issuance and cannot be changed, and seats in one order may not be adjacent.
Q: How many tickets can one ID buy? A: One valid ID may buy at most 1 ticket for the same visit date across all platforms (one person, one ID, one ticket). For several people, just book together in one order.
Q: Do children need a ticket? Are there discounts for seniors, students or military? A: Yes, children need one. The show is one ticket per person (children and seniors included): under 5 not admitted, 5 and above must hold a ticket. There are no discounts for children, seniors, students, military or any special passenger group. Minors without an ID can book with the ID number from their household register, bring the original register on the day, and must be accompanied by an adult guardian throughout.
Refunds and changes
Q: Can I get a refund if I cannot go? A: A full refund before 12:00 the day before the show; no refund or change after. If force majeure cancels or postpones the show, full refund or a free reschedule.
Q: I entered the wrong name or ID number. A: Before 12:00 the day before, refund and rebook. Within 24 hours before the show, contact customer service — only your own information can be corrected.
Entry
Q: Can I get in if I am late? A: Entry closes 15 minutes after the show starts (the seating has already moved). Arrive an hour early.
Q: Do I need to bring ID? What if I forget it? A: Yes. Scan your ID card to enter; if you forget it, go to the manual window at the ticketing centre with your ID number and order.
Q: Can I store luggage? A: There are free self-service lockers on Level 1; oversized luggage can be stored manually at the ticketing centre on Level 2.
Transport
Q: Where can I park? A: Lot 1 on the east side is free with no EV chargers; Lot 2 across the street to the south is ¥3/hour capped at ¥20, with chargers.
Q: Are trains still running after the show? A: The evening show ends around 21:00; it is a 10-minute walk to Afanggong Nan Station on Line 5.
