Organised around the theatre — northeast corner of Fengdong Avenue and Tiantai Road (沣东大道与天台路十字东北角) — from nearest to farthest. Shops do change, so it is worth double-checking opening status in a map app before you go.

A little farther out
- Xixian Wuyue Plaza (西咸吾悦广场): south of the theatre, directly connected to Exit A of Afanggong Nan Station on Line 5; plenty of restaurants, good for a proper meal or a group dinner. About 10 minutes’ walk south along Tiantai Road, and after eating you can walk straight into the metro from the plaza.
- Northern Tiantai Road / Daqin Hot Spring dining area (大秦温泉餐饮区): north along Tiantai Road, assorted restaurants.
- Drivers can use Lot 1 (east side, free) or Lot 2 (across the street south, ¥3/hour capped at ¥20).
Choosing a hotel
The neighbourhood around the theatre is still being built up, so the most convenient hotels are along Metro Line 5 — especially around Afanggong Nan Station. After the show it is about a 10-minute walk back to a hotel on the metro line, with no need to hunt for a late-night taxi.
- Where to stay: favour the Afanggong Nan Station / Sanqiao (三桥) stretch of Line 5 — convenient for both the show and the next day’s city itinerary.
- How to book: search “Afanggong Nan Station” or “Sanqiao” on the main travel platforms and compare prices for your show date (rooms tighten on performance days, so book early).
- If you are visiting from out of town: the theatre runs real-name entry, so plan your hotel as early as your ticket — avoid arriving on a show day with nowhere to stay.
Practical tips
- Food and rooms are busier than usual on performance days. For the evening show, arrive an hour early and eat before you go in.
- There are free self-service lockers on Level 1; oversized luggage can be stored manually at the ticketing centre on Level 2. Eat well, then go in light.
- No photos or video during the show — save the food photos for afterwards, anywhere nearby.
